    DAC Firmware Upgrade - ZD3

I would like to know as well, as I am also a MAC user. Besides that, how to check the version?

    Co-create the CD player

SMSL PL100 got recently released, now thát would be a device I would buy, slot load, simple. Just the design is ugly. Top load for me is complicated, I would like the slotload function. DAC, keep it cheap, make sure it has coax and optical out. Option to do CD ripping would be great.

Co-Create Co-Create The Perfect PreAmplifier "Everlasting and Imperishable"

Hi! Well need 1 input for an external DAC, suggest it to be XLR & RCA (so 2 already there), 1 input for Phono amp (for turntable), 1 so called AUX for various analog inputs, like Cassette, maybe 2nd DAC, DAB, etc. So easy one comes to 3 and 1 XLR making it 4 in total. Internal DAC and phonostage...

    Op-Amp Rolling in the ZA3

Hello Fellow JMLab lover :) So the discussion with AI was correct about the Oracle II 02 op-amps in the LR channels, that is definitely the way I go. The XLR was in the end recommended the OPA1656, since the signal passes the Oracle´s anyway. I will quote AI on this when asked for the choice...

    Op-Amp Rolling in the ZA3

Last week I felt bored so I chatted with my AI friend ChatGPT (nooo, not commercial for it). I have asked about which Op-Amps would be a good choice for my setup. I know that most people would say Sparkos or Burson, but (for now) I do not want to spend that much money on op-amps. After a lot of...

Need Your Advice on Developing a 5.1 Channel DAC

I would vote for a Pre-Amp, let people choose themselves their amplification. Dolby Athmos should be supported, so 7.1 at least. Separate from that I suggest developing a high quality Amplifier with at least 5 channels, level like Fosi V3 with PFFB. With pre-amp separated you give the public...

Co-Create Co-Create The Perfect PreAmplifier "Everlasting and Imperishable"

These are AI generated? Either way, they look cool! A pre-amp does not need to be so big, yes some size like the LC30 would be great and is not too big. (As John Darko says, Kallaxfi). Pre-amp needs Tone control, and I think a must is a Subwoofer out and Hi-Lo pass filtering. XLR and RCA...
