I own and run New Zealand's very first Disc Golf retail store. And it is always filled with music coming from the wonderful BT30D, driving a set of 3" wood-coned JVX EX-A1 speakers, and a tremendously musical Denon passive subwoofer.
Often I ask my customers to have a seat in my chair, where they sit on axis with the EX-A1s, and the subwoofer is at their feet. They are often completely baffled by the sound produced by the tiny class-D amp, the minuscule wooden speakers (Which are very heavy, and made from solid Cherry wood) and I try to explain to them that stereo equipment does not need to be large, to be great, in 2025.
