What are the headphone output impedances of the two hp outputs on the ZH3?

@Charles, I'm using a ZH3 on a Mac and I have the problem with the first bit of audio being cut off. If I update the firmware per instruction (using a Windows machine), and reconnect it to the Mac again, is the issue then solved? EDIT: I managed to update the firmware and the issue is solved...
