Yes I tried it, I had to do the roomcorrection again😅 anyway I did not notice any distortion. So ill keep it on 25db and let the Fosi do the heavy lifting instead of the denon

Wait I misunderstood.. so you are saying to change my gain from 19 to 25db also?

I dont have any distortion atm I think.. but AB testing is hard.. but pushing the denon to +9db might involve more than 1.4v

Yeah but check this: This was at the fosi v3 19db settings. So my Denon AVR needed to really boost the front pre-puts. And the distortion of the Denon pre outs starts to kick in at 1.4v already. So maybe 25db is better…

Thank you for the reply! Its works flawlessly now. Now I have the option to use 25db or 19db gain setting. So what to pick..? Im using these Fosi audio Monos with quite hard to drive 4ohm 86db speakers in combination with a Denon x3800h AVR pre out. Checking the users here and on audioscience...

I’m experiencing the same issue with my Fosi Audio V3 Mono. The amp with the dim light turned off yesterday when I touched it (not sure if it went dim because of this event) although everything seems fine today. I’ve only had these amps for two days, so any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
