    Umm......... Yes I think you are correct although I never needed to touch them, they just connected to the Linn pre amp straight out of the box, and thinking about it they connected to the Nad without any adjustment. The only reason I sold the Linn setup was because it took up so much space...

    Well at least mine are not getting too hot, could be due to the climate, winter in the Uk. I will have to wait six months until the couple of days scorching weather we might get next year and then see if they warrant any cooling system.

    Now they are not turning off at all, you can hear a clicking sound as they try to turn off, but that's it, The clicking sound gets so annoying you end up physically switching them off. I will say that mine don't get that hot, My Nad got much hotter, until I relenquished it's amplification...

    Its a rented flat so I have no idea if its on the same ring as the fridge, all i can say is fridge is in kitchen, the V3's are in the lounge. and it didnt happen with the LK85's.     Hi everyone, Just received my pair of V3 mono blocks, and a couple of questions can/do you stack them one on top of the other? Also have them set on auto but one switches off, and one stays on for another 4 mins before shutting off, also these are replacing a pair of Linn LK85's and I am using...
