So I did the firmware update and it fixed the issue when for example using streaming services and such but did nothing to fix the issue with mixing. So be aware that you might have severe problems if you try to mix with this piece on junk.

Is it normal that ZH3 doesn't save the filter setting (but saves the other settings)? Every time I go to filters the default one is selected.

This piece of garbage totally jams Logic Pro when rewinding the audio back and then it takes about 20-30 seconds for it to recover enough to continue. This makes it totally unusable for mixing. Oh well, I guess I have to dig out a PC from somewhere and try the firmware update. If it doesn't help...

I'm trying to change the filter setting but every time I go back to filters, it's set back to the default. The same thing happens for both PO and AUX outputs. Other settings are saved so what's the problem?

I'm on M4 Mac Mini and I have this same problem. I'm going to return the unit if you don't solve this issue soon. By the way, the LO output is really dangerous if you're not careful and select it by mistake. Almost blew my ears and speakers away.
