🎧 Bring HiFi back into your life—one beautiful setup at a time. Join now!

My setup fits in existing space and takes up 1/4 as much space as my old system. Plenty of room for cooling and I leveraged several Fosi products in a well thought out build that does make hifi fun again!IMG_0727.jpeg

A room of sound, I found Fosi earlier this year and went crazy in building a surround sound system using multiple amplifiers and channels. I currently have everything hooked up using RCA to Aux and the Fosi Audio 5-Channel system. Thank you and Happy Anniversary!IMG_2508.jpegIMG_2509.jpegIMG_2506.jpegIMG_2507.jpeg

And that's how my descent into hi-fi madness began.
A budget corner of my bedroom desk — just a humble setup, yet every note felt like a revelation.
Those memories of late nights spent tracing every crackle, every hum, every nuance of sound… it was small, it was imperfect, but it was mine to "fix."
Somewhere between the warmth of vinyl, nostalgia of tubes and the glow of LED meters, I discovered a world I never want to leave.

"This is my setup, still a work in progress with a couple more pieces to add. It's mainly focused on Hi-Res audio, both from streaming and files stored on my laptop. I'm really happy to have discovered Fosi Audio."

"Setup within scientific chaos"

This is my first separate component system, so I am very grateful to be able to listen to such high-quality music in my office, which makes me want to spend much more time at work planning classes and writing scientific articles. I am waiting for a CD player and a streamer to increase the performance. Greetings, Fosi, thank you for democratizing access to HIFI technology and sowing the seeds of this great hobby.

Why aren't the tubes on my amp glowing? Because it's still hot out, silly. That's what the Fosi Audio ZA3 is for. It's my summer amp, baby. Actually, I switch among the two amps regularly, depending on mood and source used. Don't think I need a second ZA3 for dual mono setup (my current rig with ultra sensitive speakers is plenty loud), but I'll probably get another anyway. Eeriemer RIG.jpg

This is my relaxed listening corner.
In a corner of the living room away from the home theater and desk area, I like to set up and play with the system, disconnect from everything, and simply enjoy the music.
One of the advantages of the Fosi Audio family is its size. Previously, a dedicated space was required to house a sound system.
Today, thanks to these dimensions, we have powerful, easy-to-set-up, and beautiful systems at our fingertips.
Regards

During a period after my low point, a room accidentally became free and I was overwhelmed by the idea for collecting retro objects. Many casette decks, cd, lp, radiomagnetofon walman etc.. I managed to fill the room with cheap, but still nice things and lights. I feel lucky because I can spend a relatively long time here. Today, Fosi products are the focus. I really like the world of the 80s. When it comes to music, I like almost all styles. I feel good among the objects of my youth, enjoying the advantages of modern products. Good speaker placement can help a lot in creating a better stereo space. My speakers have rear reflex ports, so it is necessary to keep the distance not only from the side walls, but it is even more important to find the right distance from the back wall. If we place them too close, the bass will be unpleasantly exaggerated. Of course, many people only have the option of placing them in one specific place. But if there is a way, we avoid corners. For me, the distance from the side wall is more than a meter. The back is 60cm. Now I pushed it in for the photo. But there is still 40cm behind. My speakers are not expensive either. Heco victa 700. I modified the internal wiring. I replaced the ones inside with capacitors of the same value as the factory ones but better and got new tweeters from a quality class above. But there is still plenty of room for improvement here.
Happy music listening for all musiclovers! :-)

This is my desk setup, centered around a Fosi ZD3 DAC paired with a WiiM Amp, driving a pair of Acoustic Energy AE100 bookshelf speakers.

It’s a compact hi-fi system that fits perfectly into my daily workflow while also giving me an immersive listening experience.

Update : Added ZA3 on the Chain

I built an audio system in my country house. Initially, it was a ZD3 and two amplifiers V3 mono and speakers Salora KS 330 handmade in the case. The signal source was a Bluetooth-connected phone. Then I added an player Aune X5, and when the ZP3 was released, I was one of the first buyers.

This began as my headphone-only basement setup. It has Pioneer DV-563A and Oppo DV-981HD players for CDs, SACD, and DVD-Audio. The headphone amplifier is a Prautes from Coffman Labs / Cypher Labs. Using analog audio outputs from the headphone amp, a Fosi ZA3 has been added to drive the Goldenear BRX speakers that are in the same room.

Hi-End gaming setup for Pro gaming

All that Logi, Razer ,Ss, Sennhiser, Bayers it is like childrens toy vs Fosi I5 headphones.
I can hear every enemy at any distance .
One of important things in game - hear the enemy first and pinpoint their location. I haven't heard better positioning in any headphones gor 30 years. This was made possible thanks to the clarity and detail of the sound, and probably the design of the headphones.
Unbelievable soundstage. Really best headphones for gaming! For me very comfortable!
Of course music listening is exceptional!
Many years I searched and finally found what I wanted

My perfect portable rig. The Fosi Audio i5 is my go-to because it gives me that incredible planar magnetic detail and expansive, open-back soundstage, but in a package that's actually comfortable to wear anywhere. It's a headphone that feels like a true piece of high-end gear.
I pair it with the FiiO JM21, and that's where the magic happens. The JM21 is a powerhouse in a pocketable body. Its balanced 4.4mm output delivers a clean 700mW of power more than enough to drive my i5's 28Ω impedance and 98dB/mW sensitivity. This synergy ensures the i5's full potential is unlocked, providing a dynamic, detailed, for my immersive listening experience no matter where I am. It’s my ultimate combination of audiophile grade sound and true portability.
~ just need to buy hard case for the i5 for travel since it doesnt have one out of the box.

“Embrace” personal audio system

Repurpose and recreate!

I’ve created many DIY speakers but “Embrace” is my first portable, one-piece stereo system. It features the Visaton HX10 4-inch 2-way coaxial drivers, boasting an impressive frequency range of 50 to 22,000 Hz. The speaker enclosures are Vega Sport protein shake canisters and the handle connecting them is a Moen “Zarina” 24-inch towel bar. The powerhouse is the Fosi Audio ZK-1002 BT-amp module, which is installed inside the right speaker. The blue light-emitting diode on the module circuit board is directed through a Toslink cable clipped short, threading through the towel bar to form an indicator light on the middle of the bar. DC power connector, AUX-in and ON/OFF volume control knob (Ikea hack) are located on the right speaker.

My setup.
It consists of the FOSI ZP3, the ZD3, Box X5 for my turntable , and two V3 mono power amps.
The speakers are IMF super compacts.
I use a dedicated Mini PC wich runs Audirvana audio software , it is connected to a network drive and I also run Tidal on Audirvana.
Al this fits nicely on my homemade 3D printed audio rack which I designed in the FOSI colors.

This is a setup with which I am very happy, it looks nice and sounds great.

🎧 Bring HiFi back into your life—one beautiful setup at a time. Join now!
A bit more of the organ conversion project in the other DYI group, but the end result for my antique, sleek, modest Digital Audio Workstation that packs a punch when it comes alive and my creative juices are flowing. This setup lets me get away from the world and casually listen to some music, or get some musical ideas record on my DAW.

Fosi gear that blends in well with the overall aesthetic I was going for:
- Fosi i5 headphones (love the matching wood accents and beautiful sound for those natural stringed instruments; piano etc)
- Fosi GR70 tube amp (works well with the antique look and great for casual music listening).
- Fosi N3 portable Bluetooth amp. (Great when out and about. Love its size and performance ratio at an unbeatable price!)

Other gear includes:
- Arturia Keylab 61 key MIDI keyboard.
- Adam Audio D3V powered studio monitors
- Topping E2X2 OTG Audio Interface (with Rode NT1 and boom arm packed away)
- Moondrop dawn pro DAC amp for portable use with headphones to iPhone
- numerous other headphones, DT770 ProX and AKG Q701s shown in images (others packed away).
- Rii wireless keyboard
- PC

For any newbies the N3 is a great start to help get the most out of any more power hungry headphones.
The i5s headphones are a great step up into the audiophile realm. Well worth the price.

Here we go. Good luck everyone!!

Gotcha bro

My workspace sound station is a blast from the past. Those little satellite speakers from the 90s mini hi-fi music system, found a new life. Powered by the Fosi Audio amplifier and streaming tunes via Volumio on a Raspberry Pi, this combo proves that old-school gear still hits all the right notes!

My (another) minimalistic and aesthetic set. Tube preamp P3 runs and handles a really large headphones MONOPRICE Monolith. Music source it is Tidal from smartphone Bluetooth, because my it uses AptX HD way. All driven from power bank.

Using it inside library room it is aesthetic feeling.

record setup.PNGHere's my fosi setup. i built it for my mom to enjoy. It's fairly minimal, but i wanted to take a long road of upgrades and tinkering instead of spending money.

First, i got some free Jamo 803 passive speakers, my old Victorla 6-1 record player, and a Fosi BT10A. I knew i liked the sound enough already, but figured using a preamp in line could help sweeten the sound just a hair enough, so i picked up a Fosi phono preamp X2. I really liked that!

Next, i wanted to make sure we could play more records than not, and i really didn't want my mom to worry too too hard about stylus' ruining her cheap records, so i picked up a diamond and even narrow diamond cartridge/stylus that can fit these record players from TurnTableNeedles. The difference in sound was superb (for how much i've paid so far lol)

In the future, i want to better ground the tone arm to the preamp, and maybe even bypass the preamp in the Victrola so that i can connect to the Fosi Preamp directly first. I have a fosi BT30D Pro on the way, and hope to use that instead of the BT10A, for the option of engaging more bass and listening with headphones.

It's a fun setup for my mom. She covered the table with pictures of our family, so the audio setup is a nice centerpiece of the home.
