I am running the ZH3 and GR70 as headphone amps.
For the ZH3, I heard, a linear power supply works wonders. So I went and bought a 2 Channel STUDER900. on both channels the Power delivery is 12V.
And I thought I could power the ZH3 AND the GR70 with it.
It turns out, however, that GR70 requires 12V 3A minimum to drive - which the STUDER900 doesn't deliver.
I am not able to finds any linear PSU with these specs.
Does one even exist? The FosiAudio PS20 is still in the works, so no short term satisfaction here.
And would I hear any benefit from the regular PSU?
Does someone have a suitable linear PSU which could drive the GR70 (and maybe together the ZH3)?
