We have purchased from Fosi in the past, and are ready to purchase again. But this time when we tried to make contact, our normal contact (Sophie) no longer works at Fosi. Then we received emails indicating a change of bank account, and then emails indicating Fosi has been the subject of fraudulent emails.
Now all I want to do is TALK to somebody at Fosi, confirm bank details and personnel, and place an order for 100 x C1.
Who can I talk to please? I need a name that can be contacted by calling the main Fosi Audio phone number, +86 137 1661 2254. Calling that number is the only way I can be sure I have actually reached Fosi Audio, and not some scammer.
