Happy V3 mono user here.
I’m wondering if I can connect a preamplifier’s RCA output (which only has a potentiometer) to the V3 Mono’s XLR input using an RCA-to-XLR adapter and a long XLR cable. Will this work safely without damaging anything? If it will work, how should the RCA-to-XLR adapter be wired—should pin 3 be connected to pin 1, or left floating?
