Hi, in Nov 2025 I bought a V3 stereo amp and while I like it a lot, it has one little flaw: The volume control is a bit flaky at very low volume, one channel will drop out before the other, etc. My requirements are unusual, most people would never hear this problem. A little research reveals that this is a known problem with the potentiometer in the V3.
Now I see the ZA3 which seems quite similar in its capabilities, so I have a question for anyone who has a ZA3: Is the volume control reliable at very low volume, i.e can you turn down the volume smoothly to nearly-silent without any problems?
