ZD3 and ZA3 vent holes

Hi,

I have changed the op amps in the ZD3 to Supersonic V2 op amps from Virtual Hifi. They get really warm and I think that it would be great to have some venting holes on the top for both ZD3 and the ZA3 so that they wont get to hot. It would be great to also utilize the same side venting we have on the ZA3 to the ZD3 then the design will even match.
