ZD3 op amp rolling, issue

Hi,

I have one ZD3 and two ZA3 in mono.

I have bought Supersonic V2 op amps from Virtual Hifi where I experience some issues when changing the op amps in the ZD3 dac. As long as I only change the two op amps connected to the XLR connections everything is working fine but if I also change the op amps for the RCA connection the ZD3 dac stops working and are sending out clipping sound to my speakers. I haven't had time yet to change the op amps in the two ZA3. Now I just want to make it work for the ZD3 first.
I'm using the RCA out for the Polk Audio ES12 sub.

Here is the link to the op amps: https://virtualhifi.com/products/su...drkzO3QmFz-Qw1Xrp2ErqVrqK8xgDeCQvqvr2iPYoFhtf

Any idea?

I am no expert. But two factors jump out.
From Supersonic's page, emphasis mine:

"So, not only most circuits never were designed to provide the needed power, but excess heat also needs to be dissipated by additional radiators, which increases the cost and size of such Op Amps."

Could be the ZD3 is not allocating enough current to that op amp socket.
Second, the V2s are FET while the original lme49720 are bipolar. I don't know if this is an issue but I always try to stay within the same class of op amps.
