Hello - new to DACS. I have the ZH3 paired with the ZA3 via XLR. When selecting LO it locks the volume at 99 which means I'm running the ZA3 at near minimum volume which upsets the left speaker at times (it will shut off). I keep the Windows volume at 100% - which is what I've seen is best. According to my internet searches there should be a way to set the ZH3 to preamp mode but that is only a feature in the second generation of the unit, so I'm assuming i have a older model since I don't have that option. Thoughts/Advice? Thank you.
