I agree no tubes.. unless they can last 10k hours like the tubes Vincent audio uses in some of their gear. I own some of Vincent's gear.. but no tubes would be awesome. The za3 has no tubes and sounds awesome why add tubes. 😁

Oh I forgot to mention, in my opinion I've had many preamps and gear, many years in this hobby, most preamps without a remote sound better. I'd keep the remote subject more seriously with cd players or dacs controlling the volume instead of the preamp. I have more than one preamp to notice...

It would be nice to see a polarity invert switch on the remote too.. something to consider 😁

separate power supply, balanced outputs and a polarity invert switch on the remote with dac inputs.. no Bluetooth no streaming, just a decaded cd player with a slot for USB and hard drive files like a dj player does.. you can plug a hard drive in and it up loads real fast.. wav files, flac, etc.

Oh and no blue lights.. Amber would be best for digital read outs and or red.

What many cd players do not have is a polarity invert switch on the remote side too.. hope you guys at Fosi take this seriously, it would be an amazing feature along with a serious analog stage and linear power supply. ;)

Try the rollsaudio MB15b it will most likely be the Swiss army tool for audio.. and the ifi 15v power supply.. hope that helps

check out Rolls audio.. MB15B and ifi 15v walwart power supply.. the rolls converts rca to xlr.. and it's clean as sounding as heck.. it turns my Conrad Johnson signal to xlr.. hope that helps

I put opa2134pa on one side and the same opamps for the XLR 2134pa and removed the sub opamps.. sounds awesome.. its good to have an extra pair just in case u ever wanna go stereo again.. but my za3 mono set up is here to stay. I love the volume controls too. Hope that helps

Go on ebay for 3 bucks you can get the paste.. I put more paste on as a little will rubs off when taken in and out the case. I also put some paste in the screw holes before tightening the 2 screws in the case. Hope that helps

Hi guys thanks for the reply.. I got all I need on this thread and thanks.. I did the opamp swap with the opa2134pa's and they are awesome. The break in was a pain but well worth it. It took about a month or 300 hours to hear what was better. No cymbalence on my gear.. at all.. no squeezed in...

Hello.. so you can just leave one channel running with the left side being empty without an opamp on that side and it won't hurt the circuit?
