I own a VOL20 Volume Control Knob and want to make it work with my amplifier which only accepts infra red signals.
Therefore I am building a device that converts the VOL20 BLE signals to IR using an ESP32.
I managed to pair succesfully with the VOL20 but thusfar the ESP32 does not receive any volume data and only shows battery info.
Question: how to capture the volume characteristics? Is there any encryption involved or something else?
