I purchased a BT20 PRO less than three months ago and it stopped working. Simples as that. No matter what I do no sounds even though the lights comes up and trying the same unit with another power supply results in same problem. Tried to get support and suggestions do not work but having a hard time getting a replacement unit and am being asked to provide video??? Looks like FOSI is not interested in solving issue but rather making it hard to get an issue solved. Currently waiting for a reply from FOSI support but short of a replacement unit I will complain to Amazon where I got this unit from.
