Delay before RCA input plays on BT30D

Hello, I recently purchased a new BT30D (not pro model) and I have it hooked up to my computers aux port through a 3.5 aux to RCA adapter (Amazon Basics). The sound is great on my passive speakers and and I am quite happy, however, there is about a 1 second delay before my speakers actually start playing audio. I noticed that the speakers don't produce any "hiss" during this quiet period and then when the sound comes through there is a small hiss which indicates that the amp is producing an output signal which is normal. When I am done playing my media after about 4 second the speakers go quiet (producing no hiss).

Any ideas on why this is happening and if there is anything I can do to get rid of this delay as it is quite annoying to have to rewind media every time?

I just bought the pro model and this issue is not present in it because there is no circuit to turn the signal off. So if anyone is reading this, buy the pro model, it is worth it

Seems like I have figured out a work around. It's cheesy, but it works. I play a 20000hz test tone at low volume in the background which keeps the amp on. I have tried higher frequencies but so far anything above 20 doesn't seem to work. Your mileage may vary, lol. Not the best solution I know, but is it stupid if it works?
