Headphones have not arrived

I preordered the headphones via kickstarter. They have been currently sitting in customs since July 14. I have tried emailing fosi via support, not receiving responses. Thus I am reaching out here in hopes of some help. If I cannot receive my headphones I would like my money back.

Probably not much Fosi can do about it.
It would be better to either contact the courier, or contact the customs directly.
Depending on where you are, sometimes you have to do the customs clearance process yourself, or pay the company that handles the shipping to handle the clearance process.
Unless it is specified in the shipping details, most of the times customs clearance is not included in the purchase/shipping price
