Is there a delay in shipping ZA3's?

I ordered two ZA3's and Op Amps for it back over a week a go, The Op Amps will be here in a few days. But for all this time all that I see on the two ZA3's is "label created, not picked up?". I wrote an email to support and tried the chat too. Are they out of stock?

I placed an order Jan 18th for a BT20A PRO. Status is still "Preparing your order" and not shipped. I have sent two emails to customer service asking for help but no reply. I assume its due to Chinese new year but its been almost a month. Either ship it or cancel the order.
