Amplifier Ive just connected an MC101 to my system- is a Pre amp required for Turntable

Ive just received a new MC101 - looks lovely! It works well with BT connection to iPhone and RCA connection to Sony BlueRay player but RCA connection to turntable is almost inaudible. With 200 watts it should be louder There is nothing in your literature to say a pre amp is required so wondering if this is a fault.

I hope that you have already sorted this problem. As far as I can see, there is no internal phono-stage with this amplifier. You will need a seperate phono-stage or one that is built in to the turntable.
