Headphone Amp K7 driver installation for Windows 11

I've purchased a K7, downloaded and installed the driver provided through the support page, and no matter what I do, I can't make it work with USB/UAC 2.0.

With 1.0, audio and mic are working properly, but when I switch to 2.0 the device disapear from the Windows Device Manager and there's no more sound output.

There's another forum thread sugestion to use the ZD3 driver. I've tried that as well.
Both drivers does not make UAC 2.0 work, and non of them show the device in the Fosi software.

I've tried changing the cable, the USB port, and used USB-A and USB-C. All attempts have the same results.

Can anyone provide some guide on how to get this driver working correctly?

I'm having the same issue. For now my K7 only works using the generic MicrosoftUSB Audio driver with the device set in PCM/USB mode.

In Device Manager, click on View -> Show Hidden Devices, and you can see the "Fosi Audio" driver. Regardless of what I do, when plugging in the device it does not pick up the installed driver and instead adds a new "Fosi Audio K7" entry using the generic Microsoft USB Audio driver:

Any support would be appreciated.

EDIT:

Seems to me after a reboot everything came back to life. Rebooted and then press the power/UAC button to toggle between UAC 1.0/2.0 and it showed up in the driver this time!

That doesn't work for me. In device manager it shows Fosi Audio K7, but when I switch to UAC 2.0 seems like it's not connected.

Doesn't matter if I reboot the machine, with or without the interface pluged in, powered or not, in UAC 1.0 or 2.0...
I even tested with another device, other brand new K7, and the results are the same.

Maybe someone from the support team could help?
