MC331 Amp Remote Control: How to reset Bass/Treble to neutral?

My new MC331 speaker know has Bass/Treble knobs on the face (with central flat detent :)) but there are also Bass/Treble buttons on the remote that are independent of the knobs.

Once the Bass/Treble are adjusted on the remote, how can I get back to the neutral position? The reset button on the remote is for Bluetooth, is there a way to reset to flat...or can you tell me how many steps there are in the remote tone controls so I can count them back to reset.

My early impressions are otherwise great, but there has got to be a way to find neutral on the remote tone controls.

This is frustrating. I have asked about resetting the MC331 remote tone controls through this forum, Fosi Direct, and Fosi eBay support. So far only eBay support answered, but they told me how to reset the volume (by turning it down.....which is of course, obvious). I know the Consumer Electronics Show just ended in Vegas so they are probably busy. But...

I am sure many users like myself do not want the tone controls engaged all of the time. Normally I adjust tone through my WIIM streamer's room correction which takes a good while to get right. If a child or animal (or I) hits one of the 4 bass/treble controls on the remote by accident there is no way to tell, or to reset to get the amp back to neutral.

ANSWER: :). Fosi Support got back to me. There is no reset, but:
"The remote control has a total of 28 adjustment levels for bass, ranging from ±14dB, with each level representing 1dB.
If you want to return it to the initial position (0dB), you can increase it to the maximum, then adjust it down 14 times using the remote.

Regarding treble: The remote control has a total of 16 adjustment levels, ranging from -8dB to +8dB in 1dB increments.
To return to the initial position (0dB), if the treble is at maximum (+8dB), you need to adjust it downwards 8 times using the remote control."

Going forward, a firmware change might allow the front LED to flash once when the remote bass/treble is touched, and twice in the center reset position. Or (even better imho) keep the bass/treble front knobs but remove bass/treble from the remote. I am pleased Fosi tech got back to me on this.
