I really need some help I cannot seem to play music from my turntable using the X5. I have an Audio Technica turntable with an mm cartridge and the BT30D PRO. I have followed the sequence as follows; power on turntable, power on X5 and then the BT30D PRO. X5 is set to MM and the unit is grounded. All I receive from the turntable is loud humming/ distortion. Please advise I have been trying everything possible and I know everything works except for the phono preamp.
