Power Supply Question

Hi folks. I'm considering a ZA3 amp to replace a giant Crown for my workshop TV that powers my Overnight Sensation speakers.

I see that they offer no power supply, a 32v, and a 48v power supply. Can anyone tell me what the differences are between the two? And why offer an amp with no power supply?
