Hi,
I have a VOL20 which I use with my iPhone music. It works fine and raises/lowers the volume as expected. However if I try to charge it and use it at the same time it goes a bit weird. When charging, if I try to increase the volume it just shoots up to 100% volume. If I try to decrease, it drops straight down to 0% volume. If I unplug from charging it goes back to normal. I should be able to use thing normally charging or not I would presume. Does anyone else have this problem or is mine defective?
