Amplifier ZA3 Rattling noise in Brand new unit.

Hello,
I have just received a new Fosi ZA3. As I picked it up I noticed a clicking rattling noise coming from it.

Is this normal?
When I gently rotate the unit I clearly hear something is loose inside it.
Looking at online internal photos of the unit I cannot see any reason for the unit to make a noise.

Please advise, but I plan to return it to the shop.

Hi, I’ve opened the ZA3 several times and there shouldn’t be anything inside that causes the rattling. If it works perfectly, I recommend opening it up and taking a look. It’s a very simple operation to do. There are no seals, and if you follow the instructions shown in the many videos that explain how to replace the operational amplifiers, you won’t risk causing any damage. In any case, you can ask me anything and I’ll tell you how to do it.
