DAC ZD3 USB popping

Just got my ZD3 and I'm impressed. Really impressed. Except for the fact that when I use the USB input sent from my Wiim Ultra I fear my speakers are going to be damaged. There is a HORRENDOUS popping sound. It is less horrible when I send from a Windows PC over USB, but it is still present. This ONLY happens over USB.

Any ideas on the nature of the problem or a fix?

I am equally impressed and love the sound Wiim Ultra USB -> ZD3 -> ZA3 monos but these pops I also experience are horrible and really loud. I am out of ideas how to get USB to work without pops. Using SPDIF for the moment but REALLY hope that this will be fixed by Fosi firmware soon.

I also got a ZD3 recently, i hook it up with my PC via USB cable, it happened twice to me. The pops sound indeed were horrible and loud, i was thought that my active speaker might be damaged. Now i'm using a toslink cable instead.
