Amplifier Fosi audio mc331 balance issue

Hello, I have a very annoying problem with the Fosi Audio MC331 amplifier. During listening, the channel balance shifts to the left, and to center it again I have to lower the volume and then raise it again.
The same thing happens if I use the remote control for the volume.

I didn't experience that issue with mine. Just low volume cut-off.
Sounds like a defect/faulty unit to me.

Did you experience low volume cut off?
When the audio material is low, it start to clip almost like somebody press mute and came back on when the volume picked up.
