Subout choice

I have a Fosi P3 driving two ZA3 amps.
Should I use the P3 AUX out (with a splitter) to connect to my powered sub?
Or should I connect the sub to ZA3s with dual RCA cables?

The cut-off frequency range for the ZA3 sub out is listed as 20-300Hz. Is it the same for the P3 AUX out?
