After receiving no reply from support, I am reaching out here for advice. I ordered four V3 mono direct from FOSI. The issue is that one of the amps has the old 25/31 RCA gain setting. I would like to have it replaced to match the other three mono blocks.
I originally ordered two V3 M with two 10a SMPS. A couple of weeks later I ordered tow V3 without SMPS. Now using the two 10a two power the four amps.
When one places an order for two or more monoblocks they should match for current and future options.
