VOL20 indicating 11% battery at all times

I bought a VOL20 Bluetooth volume knob, which works great. What I have noticed is that in 'Bluetooth devices' it permanently displays 11% charge. I am not sure how accurate it is as I had it on charge overnight. It does alert me when the charge is low, so I am recording its usage and time connected to PC to see if it's a true reflection of the charge. If it has a good charge, then it needs resetting, (I have unpaired it and repaired it) however if there is only 11% charge then that must be a battery issue.

I have the exact issue (1% iso 11%).
Charged it for multiple hours, even monitored the current.
Starting off at 20mA, by the end 0mA (so: assuming the charging has stopped due to full battery).
Still showing 1%.

It works fine, though. But very annoying.

I found that turning it off and on again refreshes the battery level
