sk02 with samsung phone galaxy s23 ultra

SK02 doesn't seem to work with my Samsung Galaxy s23 ultra. When I connect it to the phone, no lights come on in SK02. I am told that recent Galaxy s series has compatibility problem with some devices. Is there any way to correct this problem?

Unfortunately I carried out numerous tests with my Samsung S24 Ultra but I was unable to make it work. With my iPad everything was perfect immediately upon first connection with sk02

It will take some time. I suppose I need to order some cables from aliexpress.
By the way, as you can see in the attached pictures, currently I use a hub with sk02. But I wonder if I lose some of the quality of the sound because of the hub. I have tried several hubs but this is the only one that works.

Surely you lose quality. What I don't understand is why it works with the hub and not without it. The only explanation I can think of is that the phone is not capable of powering the SK02. Assuming this explanation is correct, we would need a device that allows for external power but at least a sampling quality of 44.1

As you may already know, I am told that some of Galaxy A series phones and iphones work fine with sk02. My old Galaxy S8 works fine with sk02. Unfortunately, the screen of the phone is broken. It seems recent Galaxy S series phones are the ones with the problem. Their overpower protection seems different from others'.

I bought the attached OTG adapter and it works fine with SK02. It is smaller than the hub I showed to you before.
